I ordered and purchased a Champion Lewis jacket and a Champion Ayr Tattersall shirt. They are well made and exactly what I expected. I’m very happy with them. I live in the States so I expected a bit of a delay. Given that, my order still arrived in a timely manner. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchases and experience with Serious Country Sports.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I have ordered a reel from them which I am still waiting for nearly a month later although they took payment almost instantly. It is plainly obvious that they do not have the item in stock, which although frustrating, is understandable under the current circumstances. But here is a bit of business advice: 1. Do not advertise goods you do not have in stock. 2. Do not take payment for the order if you do not have it in stock. 3. Perhaps answer your telephone or actually read and respond to any customer queries you receive via email. ABSOLUTE SHAMBOLIC. Edit: After seven or eight emails, numerous telephone calls (automated replies) and a review I posted above which was fair and balanced, I was reimbursed in full. The excuse of being struggled to cope with the order influx' doesn't really sit well as it would have only taken about 30 seconds for a courteous response to at least acknowledge the correspondence had been received and read, but they got there in the end I suppose after much patience and tenacity on my behalf. Would I use them again?.......Probably not.

I had an issue with pair of hoggs wellies wearing prematurely. Having contacted the shop was asked to bring them in, and had full replacement. Good folk to deal with Trevor is a gentleman.

Edit: Order refunded at last, great communication in the end, I think as stated below they have struggled with Covid and staffing but at least they are getting to their customers now - faith restored Original review: Ordered a fishing rod for my son for our holiday. Like many other customers it seems my product arrived broken. After many emails and Facebook messages asking for refund/returns help I haven’t had a reply. I get they must be struggling with COVID somehow and appreciate it’s difficult for everyone but they should at least be returning messages.
