I ordered videos three weeks ago and they are still not complete. I’m sitting here at office and told for a second time that they will be ready at the end of the week. Exactly how much time does it take to copy 100 videos ?
These guys did a great job of transferring an old HDCam tape to a Quicktime file. Good turnaround time, reasonable price, and good communication. Would definitely work with them again.
do not do business with them.... they are terrible
