I cannot speak highly enough of Bainbridge Mobility. Mr S Bainbridge spent an hour working on my stairlift after it broke down and was conscientious and professional throughout. He was genuinely concerned to ensure that the stairlift was in good working order before he left. If you want an honest professional who will do a thorough job, look no further. As for value for money, his fee was significantly less than the manufacturer's.
Though I have never visited the store, I have just ordered a wheelchair from Bainbridge Mobility online and have been thoroughly impressed with the process. When there was a slight issue with the order, (caused by me ordering the wrong size cushion for the wheelchair) Donna emailed and resolved the problem without fuss. The order was delivered in a timely fashion and in perfect condition. Would use again and would recommend.
