Full service plus more! The owners drove to Marana, AZ to deliver/install my sit down unit! I couldn't be more pleased with this game unit...feels like I'm back in the 80's playing at the arcade. My family has had a blast playing and we look forward to many more years of fun. The console is built to last. The games and graphics are amazing. The couple of questions I have had were answered promptly. Hands down the best company to use for any of your gaming needs!
