I have lived there a few times now. Great place. Great price. Manager is great. Manager cooks for the tenants and is easy to deal with. I did have my fridge go out and it was replaced with a new one with in hours.

I stayed there for almost a year, the manager was a blast, at times he would have crawfish boils for all the tenants to enjoy. The rooms are huge, lots of construction workers stayed there . Can’t beat it for the price
Had a great time at my friend place
This place is so gross! The manager has a bunch of people hang around outside drinking and harrasing the other tenants. I would not want my worst enemy staying here! Something needs to be done with this place!
