I was scheduled for a test drive with model Y on March 2nd, 2021 at 6 PM, and I was assisted by Neil, Kevin, and another gentleman whose name I didn't catch. They were all very knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently and accurately. When I couldn't figure out the self-parking feature of the car by myself, Kevin gladly took us for a short drive to show us how it works, despite the fact that the store was about to close. I also think it's great that everyone there owns a Tesla and they can speak from experience. I had a great experience in this store. Elon should give y'all a raise or something :)

Incredibly knowledgeable and personable staff!! The salesman spent well over half an hour with me going over many features of the Model X. Even with the tremendous amount of visitors this showroom sees it was extremely clean! Same goes for the cars both inside and out, even with everyone playing with the large touchscreens! What a great experience I want one!!! EDIT: I BOUGHT ONE!! Took delivery December 2018!!

They’re awesome. It’s the complete opposite of a car dealership (or stealership as I like to call them), because they don’t actually sell the cars here. No obligation, no sales tactics, and no stress. Take a test drive if you haven’t already.
