This complex is very quiet and calm which surprised me. The units are clean and have all updated and new interior. In the 7 months I've been here the outside has been drastically improved. But what sold this place for me was the management. Danielle is amazing and super friendly. She cares about her residents. She has developed a special bond with my dog who was normally very shy, but not with her. And Juan (the maintenance man) is awesome as well. He is very helpful and hard working. There has been no crimes here either which is very important. I have only seen 2 ambulances since moving in. It is a very dog friendly complex as well, which was important for me.

I lived in a studio here for about 6 months, and it has been quite a nice place. When I moved in, the appliances were all replaced and new. The manager of the complex was very attentive to my concern and need. If I have a maintenance request or pest control request or questions, she would respond right away, and the problem would be fixed if not by the time I get back from work, then the following day. My place is spacious enough for a twin bed, which connects to the \living room\, so I bought a shelf to divide the space, and most of my friends said the place is homey. There are no bugs or pests that are of concern, and the place is quiet. I am usually out all day, so I can't comment on the noise level in the morning and evening. My neighbors are nice and the area is safe. The highway is right there, so getting to places is a breeze, beside from the morning and evening traffic of course. I would recommend this place, and I think it is being renovated to be even better. I have no complaint so far, and shout out to Danielle for manages the place so well.
I have lived here for 3 mo now, but overall my experience has been pleasant. Danielle the property manager is very responsive, kind and accommodating since I toured the place (I was a little worried that the customer service would decrease after I moved in but the opposite is true!!!) Maintenance is also incredibly friendly and responsive. As others have said; the laundry room is definitely dated and machines break frequently, but I have had reasonable success with the serving portal to get them repaired. And I’ve been told machines will be replaced in the next month or so? Fingers crossed. The outside of the place might look a little worn down, and there are plans to update, but the inside of my unit is clean and effective. Definitely a place I enjoy living :) and haven’t seen a single roach!!
This is a great place to live. The units are clean and free from bugs. Good access to 183 and I-35, as well as North Austin shopping and eateries. I would definitely recommend these apartments.
Nothing but thieves here.. I chose to move elsewhere and they refuse to refund money that's rightfully mine(didnt sign a lease) dont waste your time... it's all smoke and mirrors Update 6/15 it's been over 2 months the fact your saying the money was returned is a lie, I never recieved a refund back from yall!
