I love living living here! The amenities are gorgeous, my neighbors are all friendly, and the staff has been incredible! They helped me find the perfect unit while I was in another state, answered all of my MANY questions quickly, and helped me settle in. The location is fun and convenient and I don’t go a day without seeing cute dogs, highly recommend!

One of the tenants living in this building Paul Denino was running a ghost restaurant through DoorDash and ferrying food out the window. Completely unprofessional. Didn't even follow any health guidelines when doing so.

Outstanding luxury affordable apartments located in Austin‘s prime Zilker neighborhood. I love the gorgeous incredible amenities with some personal favorites like the rooftop SkyLounge with lap pool, the mirrored dance/pilates/barre room with wooden floor, and much much more. The team in the Leasing/Resident Services office keeps the whole place running and it’s open seven days a week. I want to give special thanks to Laura and Jose who help me make the 1400 mile move from La Jolla, California to Austin, Texas. Jose sent a walk-through video of the 1420/apartment that I finally selected from their huge range of options. Laura and a teammate helped orient me to my apartment when I arrived. I needed it because it has a lot of fancy designer features such as a Nest thermometer thermostat, washer/dryer, chef-style kitchen with dishwasher/disposal, etc., etc. Got to mention Damian, the apt maintenance tech who came immediately to check out my new tenant worries. Great. Thank you all.

I love my apartment and wish I could rate this place higher. I live in building 1. The elevators are always broken. Maintenance requests can take some time. The maintenance crew are fantastic and very friendly though, but I think maybe they just have too much on their plate. While it’s a beautiful complex with a fantastic pool, just be prepared for a little bit of uncertainty and inconvenience living here.

I'm writing a review mostly because I want to provide some public praise for Toni who is a Leasing Manager at Lamar Union! She was wonderful to work with throughout the application and lease signing process and continues to go above and beyond to make sure that we are enjoying our time as residents. I have to say that I don't think I have lived in an apartment community with a Leasing Manager and staff as attentive, responsive, and helpful as the folks here. It absolutely makes living here great. Also, with every issue we've had so far, the maintenance staff has been completely on top of it. I highly recommend the property for anyone who may be considering renting in the area.
