Wow. AES led one of the most organized sales I've ever experienced. Here's why: EVERYTHING was priced (How? Just how?!), cleaned and beautifully displayed. A team member was always readily available to answer any questions and/or excited to help me flip furniture to check for brand names. Can't wait for their next sale!

Recently called Austin Estate Sales about handling a sale in Cedar Park. Spoke with Joe who was very helpful. While he explained that we were out of his area, he provided a number of excellent suggestions in finding the right person to handle the sale.
Joe and Kathy at Austin Estate Sales were a godsend. Anyone lucky enough to get on their calendar will not be disappointed. We were under very tight timelines between the sale of the house and the settlement/move in date. They were able to work within our parameters and get the sale completed. Joe and Kathy and their crew were able to come in and do the necessary preparations in a timely fashion and hold the sale over a three day period. They run a very professional operation. Their years of experience have allowed them to know the market and to price items accordingly. I was impressed with the degree of meticulousness in the pricing of even the smallest things. There was a tremendous amount of personal property that they had to go through, sort and price. It was incredible that they managed to get through it all. They have learned the “tricks-of-the-trade” that contributed to a successful and secure sale. Their crew was amazing and hard-working. The house was staged to be efficient in both managing large groups of people that came through and in how they grouped the items that needed to be sold. Retaining them definitely alleviated a lot of stress because they provided four services we could not. First, by staging the house, our items were presented nicely to buyers. Second, the advertising and internet emails brought estate sale shoppers to the house. Third, they were at the sale all three days, managing the money and handling the customers. Last of all, making sure the house was empty at the end made it an invaluable service to us. Additionally, we are convinced that we made more money from the sale than if we would have conducted the sale ourselves. The sale exceeded our expectations and we are happy to recommend Joe and Kathy at Austin Estate Sales to anyone needing to conduct an estate sale.
