I lived here for 1 year (Nov 2019 - Oct 2020) and really enjoyed my experience with Creekstone. The online app was helpful in paying rent and requesting work orders. Services were always performed in a timely manner. The apartments are in a good location - quiet little friendly community. The dog park is great and they recently installed lighting to utilize when it is dark outside. The pool is a great size, and I was even able to perform lap swimming when no one was there. The gym is a good size with many machines and new dumbbells. They have a leg press machine, leg ext/curl, 2 treadmills, bike, elliptical, multi-function cable machine, lat pull/cable row, bench, and some kind of silly ab coaster machine. Sad to be leaving, but living on the 3rd floor was tough (especially on grocery day!). They also handled the pandemic closings well with communication and signage informing us of maximum capacities of the amenities. I would recommend Creekstone to anyone looking for affordable, quiet, friendly and dog friendly living in the Austin area.

I am not happy with the way Creek Stone charges on Water & Sewer, last time when we asked Sylvia she told the charges of Water and Sewer are proportional and we made the payment. I have attached a bill of this month in which the water charge is 37.66 & Sewer charge is 60.25, in this case what they say is not true. Ask for a 100 less on rent as of online leasing charges with creekstone, if its 1023 agree on 923 so that you can save to Pay for their water & sewer charges(100 to 150) You never know until your bill comes, No matter how carefully you live in this apt, they could always find indivisible thing as an excuse for charging you more. Hope this help you out, Have a Wonderful Day!

I have been living here at Creekstone for about 3 years now. Very pleasant and quiet community. Their pool is always clean and fun to use, their equipment in their physical fitness room is always in good condition, the leasing office is always spotless and the team here are always willing to work with you to sort out any issues that may come up, be it with maintenance requests or issues with rent. My time here has been very well enjoyable with this community being tucked away in it's own little sanctuary location surrounded by nature. Honestly, the only complaint that i have is the rent after a few years here (hence the move) but honestly, this place is the very definition of \you get what you paid for\. Living here is not cheap by any means, but by definition it is indeed money well spent. The staff in the leasing office always have a nice smile on their face and i will miss them all. If you every had the choice between living here and another community, I would say you time would be wasted elsewhere.

I lived here for a little over a year. It was a really pleasant experience for the most part, rent price was really good for Austin. You’re not more than 10-15 mins from downtown Austin/Zilker park. The domain is only about 15 mins away too. The people who live here are really friendly and the dog park is great if you have a dog. It was pretty safe for the area and the parking was fantastic especially if you lived in the back. The only drawback was that the appliances are kind of old and the floors are very, very light so you hear every single thing the person above you does. I lived below someone that stomped around for half my lease and it was terrible. Other than that, I enjoyed living here quite a bit. For the price and location, it’s one of the better apartment complexes in Austin.
