Bought an item online, called a few times to confirm delivery. Always difficult to reach, until I spoke with a gentleman that had one week on the job, to learn the counter I bought online and paid for was no longer available. Still available to buy online. I called the mother store in Dallas to learn no availability there too. Definitively they have control issues and are not prepared to sell online.

Best Fixture store I have ever been to. Location was perfect. Right in the middle of the Austin. Didn’t had to drive so far. The guy on the desk was pretty knowledgeable. And most important, prices are out of this world. Very cheap. I set up shows all around the US and these guys are the cheapest I have ever bought.
