I paid for and visited a Labcorp location in order to receive a COVID-19 antibody test. The website indicated I would have the results in 1-3 days. It's now been 11 days and I still have no results. Good luck finding a phone number to contact them as well. I'd avoid this company and seek testing elsewhere.

Awesome experience. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Excellent mobile check in and insurance procedures. Technician was friendly and professional.

My wife and I both find this lab to be staffed by the most unprofessional and incompetent of employees. LabCorp should be more selective in choosing their technicians. The personal hygiene of staff members is virtually non-existent and their communication skills are severely lacking. What there seems to be an abundance of: attitude and ignorance. So much so that my wife was followed out into the parking lot by an overly excited staff member wishing to argue with her about her lack of professionalism and training. My wife refused services that day and will be choosing another facility for all future phlebotomy needs. This isn't my first complaint about the Auburn facility but it will be my last.

My wife had a drug screen there i went in to get her purse and give her drink and was told i looked suspicious and i couldnt be coming in and out i went in once and out once they need professional people who know how to treat other not ghetto people
