I had a crown and a composite filling by Dr. Kauffman and they did an excellent job. It's very hi-tech dentistry, and they made the crown and composite filling while I was there (so no return visit needed). It took 3 hours and the office was comfortable and their team was fantastic. I highly recommend them.

I was going in extremely nervous about getting a root canal. He made me feel better about it as he was very personable, clear and thorough about what was going to happen this visit and the next visit in order to save the tooth. He showed a genuine interest in me, and as a new mom to a baby girl it was funny to hear a story he shared about what he experienced with his daughter. His staff is also amazing as they worked with me and were up front about payment, what to expect etc. During the procedure his dental assistant consistently reassured me everything was going to be okay and I was doing great. I literally didn’t feel a thing during the procedure and by the end of the evening it didn’t even feel like I had any work done to my mouth. I followed the post care instructions that were given to me and I feel great. This is my second time having work done with Dr. Kaufman and both experiences were great. I would highly recommend with no reservation.

Very disappointed in this place. I will not publicly shame is any business but there is some adjustments to their practice that needs to be made to primarily include communication and disclosures! After reading other reviews and experiences at this office and the responses it is clear that the dentist here needs a lesson in empathy and professionalism.

Dr Kauffman is knowledgeable and caring. His staff is awesome and they work hard to make sure you get the best care and the most efficient use of your insurance benefits, which I appreciate so much. They worked with me even when I was laid off and didnt have insurance. And, have you ever gotten a call from your dentist to make sure you were okay after a procedure that caused some pain? I did. Dr Kauffman is that caring. He called me to apologize for causing me pain and to make sure I was okay. That's extraordinary! I would highly recommend Dr Kauffman to everyone!
