This place is a trash. The waitress over charge you without your permission. They put extra tips on my credit card purchase and charged extra. When I contacted the owner, he said he will take a look and initially asked my card details and checked my receipts. When I confirmed that I did not write the tip he said he would refund but never responded later. This is such a cheat. Recommended all my friends never to visit there or host a party. Besides place looks like underground subway.

Here for the first time made some RSVP’s on evite waiting to see if they honor the reservation. Owner Orlando seems like a respectable business woman we’ll see I’ll definitely let everyone know.

If I could rate this as a no star, I would. My experience at the Sutra Lounge was terrible. From the time I walked into the building, I knew that the service provided was unacceptable. The gentleman at the entrance harassed me about providing him with the correct amount of change, because he was unable to break a twenty dollar bill. Also the level of security was unprofessional. No one was ID or searched at the door, which immediately made me feel unsafe. If I was not coming to celebrate my friend’s birthday, I would have never stepped passed that dirty rug, they call an entrance. There were men in the club that followed and harassed women around the club, begging for dances and their contact information. If I didn’t know any better, some of those guys seemed to be on drugs. Speaking of drugs, there was a midst of marijuana floating in the atmosphere. The security finally arrived, which it seems as if he was also apart of the kitchen staff, because he smelled like old cooking oil. He was very rude and disrespectful. This would be my first and last time at this night club. Which I wish it was never even my first.

Sutra Lounge is very run down and unkept. The restrooms smelled of sewer, they have old basement couches for outside seating, and in the inside general seating area the seat backs were falling apart. Orlando the bartender was really nice and made great drinks. Food was good. Barely any people came out to support but my group and I made the best of it.

I went here with some cousins just to have a drink and have some fun but as we arrived we had an issue with a bouncer claiming money that was dropped from a member of the group that I was with was his and after speaking to the owner to have him try and help resolve the situation, he said that he spoke to the employee who claimed that he had given the money back which he hadn't in fact done, so once the owner came back and informed us of this information we asked to review the footage with the owner and at that point he said that he \has a house full of people\ and that he couldn't at the time so we waited till it closed to see the footage and once we found the owner at closing he again came up with more excuses of why he couldn't at the time, so over all I would say DON'T EVER GO HERE! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT SKILLS!!!!!
