Ordered some unique doors for a client to match existing doors from the 1940s. The doors from Randall Brothers matched fantastically and had modern insulated glass panels. Great job!

I had to beg to get a quote for some Trex and Fortress handrail product. Once I got the quote within the week that it took to get approval and payment from my customer the price went up. I had to demand that they honor the first quote. The first delivery attempt was only about half of the material. The second delivery attempt, about half of what they delivered was wrong. This was my first attempt with Fortress, so I sent a drawing of the deck to the salesperson Edwar and he helped complete my order. Instead of ordering the stair railing brackets, he sent angle brackets(not for stairs). I asked a question of Edwar the Friday before Thanksgiving and had to call him two more times to finally get the answer two weeks later. I redesigned the deck and had to change my railing configuration and was sent to PMC in Marietta. They tried to load the wrong handrail in my truck. I had to go into the warehouse and find the right product for them. They did manage to load the wrong post into my truck, I didn't catch that. Altogether a horrible experience. The customer service was horrible! The attention to detail was tragic. I intend for this to be my last Randall Brothers/PMC experience.
I am having trouble getting my delivery promised by sales at 800 am this morning. I am wasting payroll waiting on a delivery. Perhaps if sales or shipping would return my call; we could make arrangements to come over and pickup a some of the materials to get started. I'm very disappointed in RB. Let's go RB you are better than this! The gentleman in shipping is had a bit of an attitude as well.
