I got COVID-19 after a case manager refuse to give me a copy of lease to renew my food stamps medicaid. Running around a high risk county begging for food to only be denied. To even become a client you have to have a homeless verification letter. It took 5 months to finally get a copy. My federal Hippa rights were violated by this same woman who this day continues to harass me. She had discussed my personal information with clients who texted me calling gay slurs and speaking on my dead mother. They use your personal information as office chatter but this has gone extremely too far. Has anyone else had an experience like this

Got there extremely early upon before even opening they announced they wouldn't be doing anything for anybody who was there. Kinda was unbelievable after waiting for so long. Got through the door and the lady helping was rushing me out to someone else's desk she didn't even want to pick up her pen. They didn't open til like. 9:50 a.m. she pretended to give me other resources....it was weird and very wasteful...just kinda felt like everyone was waiting on lunch and didn't want to help anyone at all.

Mrs. Gordon and Mrs. Dash are to of the most awesome employees at Hope Atlanta. Mrs Gordon, especially. I've never interacted with someone in that industry who could laugh, cry or basically share your feelings. Mrs. Gordon is a precious stone amongst semiprecious stones and cut glass. They are ideal when it comes to helping with emergency housing or getting back home (if you're stuck here).
