I have nothing but positive things to say about my first experience at Elite Body Sculpture! All of the staff are wonderful, knowledgeable, and do everything they can to make sure that you understand the procedures and are comfortable. There is one person who stands out, and that was my consultant Rachel A! She has been an absolute rock star throughout my entire process. She was so welcoming, warm, professional, and personable. She has responded to my questions and concerns at all random times (7am on a Saturday for example or 8pm on a Friday night). She has extensive knowledge about the procedures (and a lot of knowledge about other procedures out there for comparison) and was willing to share her own personal experiences. I am absolutely thrilled that she is part of the Elite team in Atlanta!

I love my results! Dr. D did an amazing job!! However I rating the entire experience 2 stars because the call backs and follow ups never happened. I called in twice after the first week. The first was met with someone will call you back and the second I found out that I was scheduled for a call back after 2 weeks instead and it was already the second week. I'm now at 3 months and still no call back to schedule my follow up appointment. Elite is too professional to be this unprofessional. The type of procedures performed at Elite should always have the follow up calls kept because I didn't know how to manage the numbness or when I could stop wearing my compression garment. Nice people and great results wouldn't have made this experience complete for me. I followed another plastic surgeon's recommendations of what to do, therefore they are doing my next procedure. Thank God I didn't have any major complications that needed my surgeon's attention. It was too serious a procedure for me not to have the complete follow ups.
I will do updates as the healing process continues, but I would at least like to mention the staff that was apart if my procedure. There were 2 nurses, I didn’t get the other ones name but she kept track of the fluids and the other was Nurse Dorris. Throughout the process she was very calm and continued to check how I was and treated me very gently. Her personality and how she interacted with me was what really impressed me and made me feel comfortable. She didn’t have that overly nice attitude that made it seem like she was faking it. She was actually just calm and composed. I’m not sure how to explain it, but out of any nurse I have met, Dorris is my favorite. She was also quite meticulous about making sure I was set to go home without leaking too much. I also liked her singing. She’s just a very soothing woman. The Dr was Dr. Di Francesco and I felt like I was in good hands with her. I also liked how meticulous she was in removing the fat. This is just day one for me, but I am at least happy with my visit and experience with the procedure and staff. Their office is also very clean and inviting. Thank you ladies.
Staff was friendly and very productive with reaching out to schedule the appointment as well as making sure all financial obligations was meant. After my procedure the calls stopped and when I called to ask questions about aftercare I was told someone would call me back which never happened (this happened twice) three months later be mindful I wore my garment two weeks longer then required to guarantee maximum results I look exactly the same as I did before my surgery which was indeed painful. PLEASE don’t waste your money like I did!!
