Pathetic, the staff never pick up the phone because they clearly don’t care. The doctors are great, but the reception team quite literally couldn’t care less. If you enjoy rude, abrupt and blunt people, that let you wait up to 3 hours to request an appointment, this is the surgery for you :).

I have been registered here for the last 18months or their about, and although the surgery has been under fire recently it's out of their power and have to handle everything with care at present. Otherwise my personal and honest opinion is very positive, I have been seeing the advanced nurse practitioner Claire williams, on a regular to semi regular basis subject to my problems. And I have nothing but great reviews for her and her service I feel like I matter and she actually heard me, compared to previous drs or nurses that have dealt with me in Birmingham or main cities. Great service Excellent Manners and service. I won't recommend though as that lowers my potential for appointments ...
