Wow! What an amazing team I had looking after me! I had a total left hip replacement on 7 September 2020 during the no visitors period, I was scared of the op and being alone but never felt alone and all my fears were soon gone after discussions with my surgeon and anaesthetic! The whole team from kitchen to surgeon were just amazing!! THANK YOU ALL FOR LOOKING AFTER ME

Just had a procedure here. No hospital experience is fun but I cannot speak more highly of absolutely everyone that I had dealings with. From my first consultation in March with Mr Isworth to the overnight stay and operation. Everyone was kind, professional and courteous. Cannot fault my experience in any way and would not hesitate in using the hospital if the need arose in the future.

Thankyou so much to the team at the one hospital wow first class care lovley hospital in every way I never had to ask for anthing. When I come round from my operation cars observation tea food medaction. The room Was lovely very very clean I was kept informed put at ease the surgeon's were really sweet and when it come to me going to sleep they gave me comfort. Spoke to me which help so much. they were amazing. Big big thankyou to mr Williams amazing bedside manner such a lovley man mr Williams listen to me. And talk to me. I wish I had mr Williams 15 years ago I think my experience would have been so much better and better outcome I have to say this is best hospital. I ever been to iv been to alot from the job I do the one hospital is the best xxx

My mother has been here twice in the last couple of years both times referral from NHS and in view of COVID under the care of Mr Southgate. My mother felt she was very well treated with polite staff who walked her down to me so I could take her home. Fab the service you receive from here is very professional and it's very covid secure too! She had to have a covid test prior to coming in for her LA procedure. She had her temperature checked as did I because I did her paperwork for her and then was told I would have to leave as I should not have been there really but was just a chaperone. In terms of CQC requirements the doors are locked for access, you have to ring a buzzer, they have sanitiser twice and free masks for people to wear on site and more sanitiser in the hospital. Fab service and a credit to the Ashford area. My mother had 10 staff at her beck and call providing professional care for an elderly lady who was extremely worried about undertaking this procedure today wtih covid deaths rising nationally. Thank You very much for everything you did. Gratefully Gabriella on behalf of Ilda. They also provided her with a meal and tea before she left. She was extremely nervous and you did put her at ease.
