I'm sorry but honestly don't get tested here I got tested on Monday and because I have kaiser they said they would call me for my results in 1-2 hours and I never got a call. My grandma got her results the next day. I am currently waiting for my results its been 4 days like did they lose my results??? Yesterday I went to go pick up my results since they aren't calling and the lady I talked to said that they needed to call me and tell me my results so that I can pick up my results?! Like if ik my results why would I need to pick them up? Even though we explained that they weren't calling and gave ID and everything to prove it was me she said no and to check my voice mail. I check my voice mail and call about 5 times and no one responds. DO NOT GET TESTED HERE!

I wish I could give this place a 0 star rating. It's horrible and they are in the business of ripping people of their money. Went in to see the doctor for a what I later found out it was an ear infection and these people wanted me to do all these ridiculous tests that were going to cost me almost 1000. None of those tests were necessary to determine my problem. They just wanted my money. Their vivid testing is also a rip-off. You are better of with the FREE county testing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC!!!! IT'S HIGHWAY ROBBERY WHAT THEY ARE DOING THERE.

This is the worst Clinic ever never get a antibody test from here. They will never call you to let you know the results about it according to them they said they did call but I check all my lost calls and nothing. They're a bunch of LIARS I have evidence they never called. Save yourself your time and don't come here !!!
