Really friendly staff always very helpful. Always have good stock so even if they don't have the item you want in store in your size will always have another range from the same manufacturer so you can get the right size ordered. When ordering in it takes a couple of days which is to be expected. If they ever have any back orders holding things up they have always been honest and managed my expectations. Watch out for sales as they come up every year best way to grab a bargain.
On the desk was notice \20% discount for NHS and key workers\. I mentioned that I am a key worker and asked for discount. Guy said his manager (was off that day) told him discount is only for NHS. I am very disappointed. I will not shop there anymore.
