Steep walk up was worth it. Top of the fortress offers a spectacular view of the valley and the lake. Unfortunately due to Covid19, the gift shop and the restaurant was closed, but the outdoor bar was still open. Wear comfortable and grippy footwear, its a bit of a walk uphill and back down.

This is a beautiful place perched over looking Arco with amazing views of the whole valley. It is a step climb to the top with many places to sit and rest if needed. The entrance fee is only three euro fifty cents. There is a lovely cafe at the top for refreshments and to enjoy the views. Would highly recommend a visit.

Just a castle .. could not make through it but walked up the hill till doors. But What a lovely place! From the river, it looks like a rope and harness might be required to visit... and while that would be fun, it is just a twenty minute walk. It is charming: olive groves, stunning views and a nice sense of place. Don't worry about which path you take as long as you are walking upwards on the approach, and downwards as you leave.

Beautiful castle with great video in tailors room. It makes you feel as if you are in middle ages or fantasy movie. Very nice place to spend an active hour and a half.

Suggestive ruins of a quite huge castle, in the amazing frame of a Mediterranean wood and a breathtaking view on the Garda lake and the high-Garda countryside.. There is still plenty of room for making it more attractive, like an AR installation or some reconstructions to help visitors getting the context.
