I would seriously recommend that you use a different company! It took weeks to finally get a refund from them when they could not supply the tank on their site I had ordered. They never answer emails or call back. Run away and don’t look back.

I don't know what is wrong with this shop. Similar to the last comment. I ordered a fish tank two weeks ago and I get no reply. My account was charged and they don't ship the tank, they do not reply to emails and they do not pick up the phone. Is this shop closed now? I cannot find any note on their website. I will file a complaint and try to get a refund. Please be careful when ordering something online here!
Very expensive and most of stuff they have are coming from china
Ordered fish tank a week ago, aquaristik4you won't respond to email or messages as to why it has not been shipped out. Answered phone once and promised me he would look into it. Won't pick up the phone anymore. Escalated it to PayPal. Hope I get my money back.
Awful customer service. Ordered some equipment and received a phone call from them an hour later telling me the equipment I ordered was no longer in stock, so I requested a refund and was told I would be refunded. 5 weeks later and countless emails and phone calls later and no refund. I was finally given the phone number for the owner after threatening to report them and told to deal directly with him. He ignored my calls and texts for a number of days and when he finally picked up the phone he couldnt have been more rude. 6 weeks later and I have finally been refunded. No apology. Avoid avoid avoid
Cozy little fish shop. A big range and variety of products, the staff is extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommended
