The shop really should create an English version of the online shop and start shipping internationally. Bought the best lip balm i ever had there (the night one) and now it's a big disappointment i cannot buy it again without another trip to UA

Paradise for girls but... (decided to change my review) There is no loyalty programme for their customers at all. For example I often bought products and my check was smth like 5000 hrn (approx 200 usd) each time but when you are asking for discount or smth they simply don't do anything to please their customers, nor presents, nor discounts, just nothing. As a loyal customer I get used to more attention. girls that work here at their shops at Lviv and Kyiv or at their call centre sometimes rude and impolite and that's sad. I wish Apothecary will think about how to improve their service and make their customers happy again. But for now I'm thinking to look for another shop with better attitude to their customers.
Apothecary sells hand made cosmetics to die for.
