Merry Minstrel came highly recommended from a local Facebook page I'm on. After giving them a call to see if a water slide would work in our backyard and sending them pictures we rented the 15ft double water slide for my son's birthday and it was a BLAST. They dropped it off and picked it up on time. Very clean and professional. My kids are already planning our next birthday. lol. Thank you guys again.
I just want to say thank you so much for helping make my sons 4th bday party amazing!!! The slide was a HUGE hit the kids loved it and played on it from the day it got here til you guys picked it up. The guys who delivered and picked up were awesome very nice and professional and the slide and bounce house were in AMAZING shape we were very impressed with the service and will be using you in the future and referring you to all of our friends. From first reaching out to Michele about renting a bounce house for my kiddos, right off the bat she was exceptional! Super nice, friendly and wanting to make sure she could help make my request happen! The awesome deal she had going on was a plus as well and helpful with everything going on! Being that my kids have been stuck with COVID-19 going on and one of them having a birthday this past Thursday it was well needed! Delivery came and the guys were also wonderful and took care of placing it exactly how I wanted it, no questions asked and awesome attitudes! Communication with Michele during the rental was also pleasant and she answered all questions. Lastly, when they came to pick up, the guys (2 different ones) were also very nice and took care of business with a smile and great attitudes. If you are looking for a bounce company that is reliable, personable, friendly and professional... Merry Minstrel LLC is it!!
