Customer since 2014. Recent response to flaking rims is laughable. Bunch of corporate speech and no action. They win as always and my senior mother gets the bill. Point and deny. Great job Infiniti you should be ashamed. I will do the right thing and repair her car and tell her you took care of it.

I saw the SUV of my dreams at Infiniti of Apex's website about a week ago. I called the dealership to see if it was still available and it was. I was on a business trip a couple of weeks ago and came across Crossroads Infiniti of Apex and saw a few deals they had advertised. I reached out to Mr. Randy Ervin and made an appointment to visit the dealership upon my return. Once I met Mr. Ervin and took the vehicle for a drive I was hooked and knew that I was going to purchase the QX50 for my wife. As others have said the service is top notch and the no pressure atmosphere makes the buying experience a big winner in our books!
