I work with Alliance UK weekly for all of my health club cleaning & general supplies. Their response time is brilliant, they go out of their way to support you and we have never had a problem with delivery times or orders. Fabio Vieira is our account manager and I could not recommend him highly enough, he is always on the other end of the phone willing to help and regularly goes out of his way for us.

Bad practise of no lead times on their website. Taking your funds. No updates via email. Refund process cannot be done over the phone. Had to send a message. Avoid.
