First time using Lincs Aquatics but really impressed. Great selection of items online but I phoned the store for advice. They answered the phone quickly and were really friendly and helpful. There was no pushy sales talk, just good honest advice from staff who clearly know what they are talking about. Look forward to one day visiting the store.

Very unhappy with the service of my experience. The female worker with the bobble hat, neon jacket, blonde hair, black mask (clerk 21) gave me a very rude response to being in an aisle which I needed to be in. She then proceeded to rudely say if I knew where I was meant to be, like I was unsure. I’m a very loyal customer and feel her attitude was very inhuman. Feel sorry for the fish who live in this atmosphere.

Great place lots of creatures common and exotic from reptiles, fish (fresh water, saltwater and tropical) to small things like leaf insects I'm an hour and a half away and visit at least twice a year well worth the drive lovely staff and reasonably priced lots of tanks, ponds, fountains,plants,rock and pet food
