My review is for Genesis valet service. Yesenia has always been pleasant and efficient in setting up service appointments for me. I also have to give a shout out to the porter that always delivers my car, you can tell he takes pride in his job and treats your car as if it was his. I have had nothing but good experiences with this dealership and I look forward to working with them for my next lease or purchase.

Excellent experience! Was skeptical at first coming off of driving a Porsche. But Danny and Sam are the bomb! Patient, explained car options well and cut me a sweet deal on a new 2020 G70 3.3T. Definitely worth the visit if you are thinking about a luxury sedan!

I was met by an attentive staff member immediately upon my arrival. I told her what type of service I came for, to my best ability, and she entered it on her tablet. I sat in the waiting area. The car was serviced, then washed. It was such a painless experience. That was what I remember from past service visit, and my memory served me well.
