I’ve emailed them at least 4xs and got no response. Simply asking for more information on the other classes they provide

I don't know who in the world would give this place a positive review. My time there was miserable and stressful. The instructor is totally unprofessional. No doubt that he knows his stuff, but his teaching methods are sloppy. A lot of things we were tested on weren't even in our CNA book, just your best educated guess. The instructor can be very rude, intimidating, and condescending. If you do not have a background in caregiving then this is not the place for you; you blow by the subjects fast. I'd recommend CNM which is more in depth with nicer instructors that don't insult you (per my coworkers), and it's half the price. When you get to the skills sessions, you're expected to perform the skills perfectly right off the bat when you've had minimal instruction. We literally watched the skills videos once (in class) and were expected to study notes on the skills at home, and then perform the skills perfectly in class after briefly watching the videos. It's much different to watch a video, or read instructions on how to do a skill, then actually perform the skill the first couple of times. You are unable to practice the majority of these skills at home due to lack of equipment. God forbid you make a mistake, you will be yelled at, humiliated in front of others, and told to sit down. If you don't have a thick skin, move on.The instructor should be showing you how to perform each of the skills, walking you through the skill, and helping you when you get stuck at a certain point, not embarrassing you. It's a learning experience and will take lots of practice. You have to look up the CNA skills on YouTube if you want to gain understanding. The morning class fairs better than the evening class, most of the time you're allowed to leave early in the evening and lose out on practice time and video time.

Excellent teacher, mentor, instructor! I can’t say enough about the whole experience. I love doing what I do and I am good at what I do because of Sly. Thank you again!
