For longer than I care to remember, I have been a customer with Major Medical/Rotech. Sometimes the service can be like riding out a hurricane. And other times it's smooth sailing. The past few years have been fine. My delivery man, Eric, has been very helpful and on time. His positive attitude is always welcome here.

Very happy with the service from Rotech. Especially since it was my first time needing Home Health care items. Not only was the follow up amazing but the ease of delivery and set up of equipment was fast, friendly and easy. Bart did an outstanding job and he was very nice! Rotech's personnel including Jennifer in the office are the best.
The way that Teresa treated me today was beyond unprofessional and unacceptable. Because of her, I want to pull the orders for my husband and send them to another durable medical equipment place. I had to tell her that her behavior not okay. The supervisor should have called. I will yank all orders and you don't get to make money off of my husband with treating me so badly. Teresa represents you and she should have been fired immediately
Awesome service! Manuel got here to deliver my mom's oxygen before I could even pick up the phone. He did an amazing job and we are so appreciative. Nathan did a great job as well explaining to my mom how to use the 4 wheel walker. Thank you rotech!
I had a 9:00 am appointment I drove in from out of town so I arrived at 8:30. They don’t open the doors until 8:30 I called and they answered. I asked if could please let me use their bathroom as I had been on the road. The woman on the phone said the bathrooms were not for patient/client use because of Covid-19 per management. I left and went to Home Depot to use the bathroom I returned by 9:00 AM and the doors were still locked so I called and the receptionist said she would alert someone that I was waiting. I waited 10 min and the doors were still not open so I called again, and told them I was going to wait to in the car and to call me when they are ready. Finally 25 min after his appointment time they called and let me in. My appointment with Fernando Chavez was wonderful and he was very thorough
