I enjoy Firehouse subs in Albany Georgia the associates there greet you when you walk in the door they all say welcome to Firehouse at one time I think it's so cool the food is great and the services quick and the associates are attentive

Their Subs are the best subs that I've ever had in my life. The Beef Brisket is my absolute favorite. And I tried their mac and cheese for the first time and it wasn't half bad, almost through me off with the little garlic bread pieces though. But I'd choose them over Subway and Quiznos any day!!!
This is usually a good Firehouse location. They seemed a little off their game today though. Both sandwiches, mine and my wife's, were made incorrectly. Rather than say anything to anyone about them, we just ate and said nothing. She said hers was ok but missing some ingredients. Mine had a mound of lettuce after I specifically stated (twice) \...no lettuce\. It was edible but not as good as it could have been. The dining room really needed cleaning. The floor was trashy and some tables needed to be wiped off. I guess everyone has a bad day now and then. Must have been their turn. Little issues like these wont keep us from coming back.

Best sub in town and very quick to fix a mistake.Anderson was a call in order.The food is always great.
