Absolutely breathtaking - prepare to have your mind blown with how beautiful the villa is. Food was bursting with flavors and so incredibly fresh. Don’t expect homely meals or a traditional menu; they’ve taken local cuisines and turned them into Michelin-worthy dishes. A must-go if you’re in the area and enjoy stunning dishes with a view!

I had the chance to have dinner in this magical place. It's worth 5 stars for more than a reason. And all of them deserve the 5. First, the location. It's one of a kind spot, inside an historical villa, overlooking the sea and also with a breathtaking view. The atmosphere is quite rare to find. To get there you have to go through an historical garden (worth a visit) that increases more and more the atmosphere itself and the \hype\ for the dinner to come. Last but not least: the food. The young and renowned chef, Giorgio Servetto, creates its courses using local, fresh and rare products (I had the tasting menu focused on fish), all combined for a dinner that is an explosion of different flavours, but all perfectly balanced and, important, much refined. So, definitely it was an experience I am so glad I finally did. But. I left with a question in mind: why hasn't it gotten yet the Michelin Star? I'm sure it's just a matter of time!

Il ristorante è situato sulle colline sopra Alassio, in un rigoglioso giardino botanico. Si viene accolti da personale giovane e preparato, che fa sentire coccolati. Il cibo è un tripudio di odori, colori e sapori, particolare menzione va agli stringhettoni, davvero una gioia per il palato. Complimenti particolari al sommelier che, alla nostra scelta di uno champagne che non era ancora perfettamente alla temperatura giusta per essere servito, ha gestito egregiamente l'attesa. Bravi.
