I had the opportunity to go to Dr. Pitt. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He is the type of guy I could communicate with. He is professional and straight forward and I like that. HE likes to know what's going on with his patients, and I like that also. His staff is awesome also. They are very polite and know their jobs. I hope to keep going here in the future.
I was this man's first suboxone patient in 2009. He charged me 500 for my first visit. I had to see him every week for a month and that was 75. He refused to call my insurance company so my script would be paid for. He kept saying \ I don't do medicaid\. It made no sense. I understood he didn't take it for the office visit-but I didn't have 500 for the prescription...so he sold me some subs for cash out of a locked cabinet in his office. TOTALLY ILLEGAL. When I went to the hospital(that he can't practice in) and they prescribed me percs, which he told me to take until my next appt. with him, he had his rude receptionist call and tell me he could no longer see me. I never received 1 receipt for the 1500 I spent in cash just on office visits. Oh and everyone got to be entertained by his daughter and him fighting. He was at least 1hr late for each visit-usually more. And then first 5 days I had to come in each day and he gave me the sub pill with a glass of water even though they go under your tounge. This man is a narcissist that just loves the sound of his own voice. Unbelievable his still is in practice. Run don't walk from this moron.
Receptionist is wonderful :) I'm frustrated because sometimes LIFE happens and its out of our control sometimes we need to reschedule. Not something we like to do because not only is it inconvenient but it cost and extra 25.00 to do already, but my problem is why do we got to pay when there is not availability to reschedule in cases of emergencies? Again this should be addressed considering my fiance and I do our best to come on time everytime sometimes things are out of our control. Used to be able to go Tuesdays and Thursdays now its one day a week its not right
Dr Pitt is amazing and really cares about the well-being of his patients the rest of the staff is great as well I would recommend them to anyone in need of the services offered
