It is a beautiful store, and we've purchased numerous items for Christmas gifts. However, a negative experience with one of the staff (or the son's owner) stated "you are very confrontational!", the source of which was that I simply asked if a jewelry bag can be given for a purchase of a jewelry that my son bought on my behalf, which I will give as a gift. I stated that on prior purchases, we always had a jewelry pouch but this time, we were not given one. They placed the earring in a tissue, taped and charged .25 for a brown bag, which can't be used as a gift bag as there was no label saying "HOMEGROWN". I was dumbfounded with the outburst and accusation by the man! So rude!!!
