I would highly recommend Surrey Roofcare. Unlike other people I contacted who 'guessed' the damage to my roof valleys from the ground and simply quoted a full day's work, John made the effort to go up his ladder, view first hand and take photos to show the problem and explain exactly what was required. I accepted his quote, which was a lot cheaper than the others, and he turned up on the agreed day and completed the job in less than 4 hours. The site was left clear and tidy.

What a great company, John arrived at the time agreed He examined my roof and said that he would send a couple of quotes that evening which he did . We agreed a very fair price and he came and did a temporary repair the next day and then arrived to do the repair on the agreed date The work was done to very high standard with no payment requested until the work was done. John and his team turned up exactly when they said they would to quote. Analysed the problem using a ladder, hands and eyes (insurance company expert misdiagnosed the problem using a camera on a 25ft pole and 2d photos) and discussed at length the remedies explaining precisely what the problems were. John provided 2 quotes for the work as I requested to include for a more expensive solution (lead flashing etc) but I was persuaded that re-seating the lifted valley edge tiles, removing all cement and re-bedding both valleys either side of small gable was the way to go. We agreed a time for the work but were thwarted by rain but John contacted me in a timely manner and completed the work asap at an agreed time. The lads did an excellent job and with the left over cement refitted and re-bedded capping tiles on the garage gable end f.o.c. You can’t ask for more than that.
