We could not fault Acorn from start to finish. They were so patient with my changing our removal date over a 3 week period but finally with 2 days notice they gave us such a fantastic service. They were on time, so helpful and I feel went beyond what they should have done. It was a big job for them in absolutely awful weather but they all remained cheerful. Great staff from the girls in the office through to the chaps on the day. Thank you for making our move possible.

Called for a quote, the lady who answered was very patronising, rude and unhelpful at a stressful time. Would not want to use.
We decided on Acorn Removals because of their fantastic quote. We were not disappointed! From the first visit, Acorn Removals treated us with respect and care. The company retains that family run business feel and we felt they really valued our custom. On the day of the move, the crew who arrived couldn't do more for us. They were friendly, jovial and helpful wille still retaining a professional manner. We thought we were prepared for the move; apparently not! The crew stepped up and went above and beyond to help us through an obviously stressful day. They maintained their energy levels right through the day. We would highly recommend this firm. Absolutely excellent service. Two polite and friendly chaps turned up promptly at the notified time, quickly and professionally moved my furniture out of the house without incident, loaded it into their vehicle and packed it securely. On arrival at the delivery location unpacked and moved it into my house, again without incident, efficiently reassemblng furniture that had had to be dissassembled. All in all a splendid job. Very reasonably priced and consequently excellent value. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
2 gentleman who moved my Mum were brilliant, friendly, efficient and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and they answered any concerns we had. Brilliant price for an excellent service, thanks guys!
