Very poor! Went here early this year and asked for a price for some painting. Got a quote, albeit reluctantly, which was increased by about 20% almost immediately. Reid's asked to confirm in writing, but refused saying \we've never been asked for that\. They did say they would do it, but never did. Unprofessional!
