Worst experience ever all of those employees are extremely rude. They would not serve me because I didn’t have a mask. I stated to them I had a medical condition and I could show them my note,still refused me service. Meanwhile all the employees were touching their face touching and hair. So definitely glad I didn’t eat from this disgusting establishment. Very discriminatory. I wouldn’t even give them one star. Will be contacting corporate. I can see from their 1.5 rating that Auntie Anne’s doesn’t care about how they are represented.

My experience was the opposite of everyone else. Customer service was fine. Pretzels and prices were atrocious. I bought one cup of pretzel bites and 2 hot dogs. It was nearly 20. Ridiculous. The bites were hard as nails and seemed like they were a week old. The hot dog was even worse. Hog dog was tough/old, pretzel was the same, but slimy near the inside. AND the entire thing fell apart when I tried to remove it from the wrapper.

My 5 pretzel tastes like it was dipped in baking soda and buttery oil. Smells great with bad taste. And no cinnamon one available even if I wanted one. No sauce with that 5 either. Bad deal

You would think a rest area would be a high volume place for food. pretzel was cold and old terriblen!! save yourself the trouble it's not Annie Ann you would expect

First mistake was setting my expectations high for a rest stop locations, but I figured that from all of the food choices, Auntie Anne's should be the safest. I was horribly wrong, the pretzels were burned and the manager was rude. Avoid this place if you can, drive 35 mins up the road to the Delaware stop.

Gave us the wrong order. Asked for a salted pretzel with 2 cheeses..got cinnamon pieces. Employee literally had his shoe off cleaning the inside of it over the counter..this place is bad.
