I joined the group training class about 2 weeks. I started with Spartan and now Cross-fit class, which I am getting loving it! The price is very reasonable for a small group class and the place has less people than the big gyms and you will find the coaches are young and professional, especially my coach Levi! Since I decided to give it a try and put my full effort while here, I see myself improving. I enjoyed my time here, both in the class and personal practice. Thank you Levi and I totally recommend this place to people who want to do basic/advance workout or even join us on Crossfit group class on Wed!
