Without any hesitation, I can happily recommend 616 Amusements for your next event, regardless of the age of your participants. We just hosted a weekend with nearly 200 teenagers, and they LOVED the retro arcade and \old school\ gaming that 616 provided. And of course, our staff LOVED the walk down memory lane that Drew and Grant gave us! FIRST, Grand and Drew are easy to work with, efficient and thorough in their communication, and super friendly. If customer service matters to you, you will not be disappointed. SECOND, the games they provided (12 arcade games, 3 pinball) were in excellent shape and all played without problem for the entire experience. THIRD, they arrived on time, had everything set up and ready to go 30 minutes before required, and they were professional in their set up, their take down, and everything in between. FOURTH, they made it easy to reach out to them if needed. Granted, we didn't need to because everything worked so well, but we could have quickly found help had we required it. We used 616 Amusements at our 80's themed holiday party at the Amway Grand Plaza. We had 80's themed arcade games, a band and other 80's symbols. The games that were brought in were in mint condition and worked perfectly with our theme. Everyone has so much fun playing them and said that because of those games, it was actually the most fun holiday party yet. We’ve done casino games in the past and everyone enjoyed the arcade games even more. Grant was great during the event. We had setup a claw machine with different prizes in it (wireless headphones, fossil watches, gift cards and many other items.) Grant was there to make sure that all of the items were grabbed over the course of the night at the right pace. He continuously checked in to make sure everything was going right, which I loved. I will most certainly be using 616 Amusements with my future events. The hard work and attention to detail made my event a hit!
WOW! AMAZING customer service and overall an incredible business. I called them last minute with a request and they were so amazingly accommodating. I can't say enough positive things about them! I will use them again for my events and I can not recommend them enough. Great company!
We hosted our company Christmas party at a large venue and wanted to add some entertainment for couples or groups of people... 616 had the perfect additions! They brought in multi player games and a ping pong table that people raved about. The games kept conversation light and energized the night! Set up and take down were expertly done and the guys were absolute professionals. Could not give a higher recommendation for 616 Amusements!
We recently had 616 Amusements at a party, and they did a great job! They brought the entertainment we brought the guests. What a fun, unique, way to have a party!
