Dude recommended and fitted a system that failed, immobilising my works vehicle for three weeks. Phoned him up, he says 'can't be the immobiliser - it's your engine'. RAC came out twice and said, it's your immobiliser. Mobile mechanic came out and said it's your immobiliser. Mobile immobiliser specialist came out, removed the immobiliser, showed me what part of the system had failed, explained that the recommended system is known to fail when installed wrong, showed me that it was installed wrong. Vehicle immediately starts and now runs just like it should. Long story short, dude doesn't know the products he sells, how to install them or even how vehicles work.
