A hidden gem on the mountain side. Day onsen experience. The outside bath is mixed gender. There are also separated indoor baths. Seems like the place is mostly used by locals. The owner was surprised to see us and was very welcoming and nice. We communicated using google translate. We got complimentary onsen towels and they even allowed us going in with bathing suits. I'm not sure if this is generally allowed there or it was an exception for us foreigners. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

Quality of "Onsen" was totally awesome. They have "Roten buro" and we can get in this Rotenburo male and female together. Staffs have a very good personality. They wash bathtub every single day. You should try but don't forget to bring your Shampoo! Price: 5

おじさんいいひとでした！泉質も湯の花が浮き上がってていい感じでした！アメニティもう少し用意しててほしかったです！あと、テレビも無いのでトランプとか遊び道具もう少しあったらよかったかな？とおもいます！
県道66号線『湯つづき紅葉街道』を走って来ると駐車場に数台の車が停まっていました。 『滝の湯』と在るんだから露天風呂は『滝』を観ながら？ 良心的な料金とロケーション。入りたい。 でも他の所を予定しちゃったんだなこれが。 この街道沿いの温泉に全部入ったら何日かかる事やら。 次回来た時の楽しみにとっておきます。
秘境感満載露天風呂の解放感(混浴)、湯温も良かったです️温泉卵、美味しい
前から気にはなっていた！ なんか怪しいのでいつもは近くの温泉に行っていましたが、今回は冒険することにしました。内湯と外湯があり内湯は手作り感が否めないがそれも味と思へば良いかも‼️露天風呂は雰囲気もあってとても良い、森林浴しながらお湯にひたれるのが気持ち良いです。綾瀬はるかと木村文乃と同じ浴槽に入れます。混浴も何故かドキドキして楽しいかも！ 一つ残念なのが川が見えない！露天風呂の奥の下に浴槽みたいな物がありますがそれを壊して川のせせらぎが見えれば更に良くなると思います。
